Gotta say the new manager has got the team playing really well. Attractive footie and the new lad Carl Lewis is a superb find. Keep up the good work Alan Come on the Boro

These are not sob stories, and they shouldn't be demeaned as such. They are sincere thanks for a rare thing; an English coach who didn't just talk about exciting, technically sound football (everyone talks a good game). Ged actually knew how to produce it, both indivually and as a team, whilst still acheiving results. The players he's coached are testament to an approach worth defending. Thanks, Ged. All the luck in the world.
